Return & Refund Policy

The product can be returned if:
Damaged - if the puzzle or the puzzle box was damaged during shipping
Not as described products - if the puzzle doesn't meet the order specification details

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Products must be returned in the original packaging — inclusive of any exterior shrink wrap in its original condition — and have no visible signs of wear or use. To notify us of your return and receive a return authorization number to include with your returned product, please mail chengqism@gmail.com and provide the email address used to place your order and your order number. Then we will review and offer you the return address.

Requesting a Replacement

You can request a replacement if your order that you are requesting to be replaced has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during shipment.

Refunds

You are entitled to a refund once we receive your item. Please allow 3-5 working days of processing time for your refund to be applied once your returned product(s) have been received. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Please allow 15 days to process your return.

Shipping of returned item

The customer will be responsible for paying his own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Canceling the order

Once your order has been submitted, you may cancel it through your account within 24 HOURS of submission. We are unable to accept customer requests to cancel or change orders that have already been shipped or been submitted to the shipping process.
